Students are required to enclose the following documents (Certified true copy) with your duly completed application form before returning to Two Studio Multimedia Academy for processing.
Document’s checklist to be enclosed
1. Duly completed application form.
2. Parents’ EA Form.
3. Parents’ latest EPF Statement.
4. Any other documents that will support your application. (Business Owner with bank account statement).
*An agreement will be within 14 days to qualified applicants.
*Students applying for this application must be a Malaysian Citizen.
*Only those aged 16 and above are eligible for application.
Application valid period: 1st March – 16th April 2021
All application must reach the marketing and student recruitment office within the application valid period.
